Instead of the traditional process of mixing pressed juices, Tony has opted for a novel approach, namely pressing all the juices from Venteuil parcels in the same wine press, which results in a unique blend.

This exceptional champagne comes from five distinct parcels: La Clincarde, Le Rosier, La Garenne, Les Rougelots and Les Tufiers.
With its supple and tangy Pinot Noir grapes, its well-rounded and fruity Chardonnay grapes and its rare Meuniers on chalk, it offers an incomparable range of flavours, combining salinity and crispness.
