AT THE ROOTS
OF OUR WINES OF TOMORROW

A harmonious balance between nature, terroir and mankind
Sabrina and Tony founded Champagne-Saint-Philibert in homage to their native soil of Festigny, in the heart of the Marne valley.
Driven by ethics of life and a profound respect for nature, they are building a committed business, attuned to time, the terroir and mankind.
Their CSR manifesto, a pioneer in Champagne, guides each gesture from the vineyard to the cellar, in a spirit of harmony and transmission.
Their champagnes tell stories about places, seasons and encounters. Until such time as the first vintages are ready (expected during the course of 2025), we reveal here the three families of wines that will make up its range: Coteaux Champenois, the village vintages Les Roses de Saint-Philibert, and the 2022 vintages.
Each wine reveals a parcel, an emotion, a promise.
Coteaux Champenois, the pure expression of the terroir
With its two Coteaux Champenois, Saint-Philibert reveals another dimension of Champagne: that of still wines, without effervescence, borne by the purity of the place.
The white wine to start with, made from a 4900 m2 parcel of Chardonnay in Festigny, planted in the south-facing clayey limestone soil of the Le Vigneux lieu-dit.
Then the red wine, made with Pinot Noir, taking root in Venteuil on sunny limestone slopes.
Both these wines, matured in wooden barrels for between 11 and 22 months, embody the profound bond between vine and soil, in a sincere expression of the 2022 vintage.
They reflect our desire to capture the imprint of the terroir with precision, and offer a direct, sensitive and rare interpretation of the Marne valley's landscapes.

The “villages” vintages
Les Roses de Saint Philibert
The Les Roses de Saint-Philibert collection pays homage to the villages that fashion the identity of the domaine.
Four vintages, four faces, bearing the names of the villages where the vines are planted, reflect the diversity of the soils and aspects of the Marne valley.
Festigny, the family home, the clayey loamy slopes reveal all the harmony of an emblematic blend of three champagne grape varieties.
Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, Pinot Meunier finds expression on gentle marly slopes, in a setting crossed by the Belval rivulet.
Venteuil, the chalky slopes bathed in sunlight offer crisp and generous matter.
Nesle-le-Repons, on the hills of the Flagot valley, the Chardonnay thrives in a subtle marly terroir.
Each vintage is a sensitive echo of its village of origin, where the vines in their own way recount the singularity of the places.

Emotion & Excellence
At the top of the Saint Philibert range are the 2022 vintage champagnes, made from grapes grown on plots selected for their exceptional character.
Each cuvée, vinified separately in oak, bears the name of the lieu-dit from which it originates.
These four signature champagnes, produced in very limited quantities, aspire to become the estate's hallmark. They tell the story of a year – 2022 – and the unique voice of their terroir of origin.
Reuil – Le Marais: nestled on south-facing clay-limestone slopes, this Meunier plot reveals the uniqueness of a rare terroir on the Right Bank.
Festigny – Sous les vignes de la Chapelle: a young Meunier vineyard planted below the village chapel, reflecting a new generation of vines and perspectives.
Festigny – Le Vigneux: two cuvées from this iconic hill – one a blend of three grape varieties, the other a 100% Meunier rosé de saignée – express the richness and diversity of this hillside, a pillar of Saint Philibert's identity.
